I'm feeling lighter already!

Hello Friends!

Welcome to day one of our 30 day adventure to deliberately clean up our chronic vibrational patterns!

Today I made a list of old memories that when I think of them, cause me to feel bad. My day is going really well so I started from my place of peace, and tacked my not so pleasant memories... I was much easier than starting from the middle of an unpleasant situation.

It's great to start with a memory because you've had time to put some distance between you and the situation and hopefully have more perspective on it now. I found that I could easily walk myself to a much better feeling place by finding appreciation for the lesson I learned, the fact that I would not be quite the same without it and the realization that I was doing the best I could with what I knew at the time.
